In the context of the “Militaries for Civil(Ian) Emergencies - M4CE Project”, FOGGS has interviewed key stakeholders, specialists, academics, and leaders to discuss the use of military assets in disaster management and response.
Mr. Craig Fugate is the former Administrator of the US Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) during the Obama Administration and current Chief Emergency Resilience Officer at One Concern.
