First sign up to participate in the project as a Corresponding Member. It's free and joining the project enables you to suggest records for inclusion in the Resource Guide, and contribute articles for the Project Reader.
Next, check if the Organisation, Action, Publication, Portal or Event is already in the Resource Guide. You can also use the advancce searach page to look for existing records.To see what types of records that are included in each of the models consult the chart in How to Use the Resource Guide.
Then, there are two ways to suggest records for inclusion in the Resource Guide:

Then fill in and submit the form.
We will check the information and add the record to the data base within a few days.
NOTE: Only a few fields are required fileds. Enter the information you can and we'll do the rest.
Include in your message the link to the website or webpage of the Organisation, Action, Publication, Portal or Event you suggest should be added and we will do the rest.
Note it can take a little longer for us to process suggestions submitted in this way.
Either way, we will inform you when the record has been included in the Resource Guide for you to check and suggest any needed corrections.
We reserve the right to not include any records which are not relevant for the project or otherwise inappropriate.
