Floris, from the Netherlands, assists with coordinating the work of EDRC on integrating development, environment and security.
He is currently a member of the Experts Group in the EDRC project on Climate and Security Action through Civil-Military Cooperation in Climate Related Emergencies (Project CASA).
Floris holds a BA in International Relations and an MA in European Studies and is currently based in Berlin, Germany.
Members of the Project CASA Expert Group may serve in their individual capacity and not necessarily as representatives of their organisations.
