Charlotte Desmasures

Charlotte Desmasures is preparing her PhD thesis in political science (international relations) on multilateral security organizations and climate change, with NATO as a case study. Her other areas of interest comprise international climate negotiations, and civil-military cooperation in climate-related emergencies.
